As we order items for our customers in advance - payment is requested.
We can currently accept EFT and SnapScan payments.
We strive to provide our customers' items in the best possible condition - and do not supply damaged items (e.g. crushed Funko Pop! packaging). We securely bubble wrap all items within sturdy packaging.
We will happily email you photographs of your ordered items prior to these being shipped (upon request).
Should you wish to take out insurance on your shipments, please contact us for a quote.
Incorrectly Ordered Items / Returns:
Please ensure that you take note of what you order as incorrectly ordered items may not be returnable.
We will happily email you photographs of your ordered items prior to these being shipped (upon request) to ensure that you do not receive an incorrect item.
Should you have ordered, and received, an incorrect item - for example having ordered Volume 1 instead of Volume 3 of a specific series (e.g. "Batman (Rebirth)") - this may be returned, at the customer's expense, for store credit. We will gladly apply this credit against your next purchase (i.e. Volume 3).
Comics and Grading:
Upon ordering "older" (back issue) comics, trade paperbacks and hardcovers, we generally attempt to source these in the best possible grades (condition) - should you wish a more cost effective option (i.e. a lower grade), please let us know.
